Working closely with marketing partners and internal stakeholders, the specialist ensures campaigns follow brand guidelines, align with industry best practices, and deliver measurable performance outcomes. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of hands-on experience in paid social and programmatic media across agency, client, trading desk, or ad-tech environments. Strong knowledge of digital tactics across social, display, video, and native advertising is essential, along with experience using first-, second-, and third-party data and analytics tools such as Campaign Manager and Adobe Analytics.

This role is well suited for someone with a solid foundation in paid media who is eager to expand their expertise while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The position offers remote flexibility within the United States. However, employees located in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area are required to work from the office at least four days per week.
