We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our agency's digital marketing initiatives. In this role, you will manage a range of digital marketing activities, from planning and executing campaigns to optimizing user experiences across client websites. Your expertise in digital strategies will help drive traffic, engagement, and conversion for our clients, ultimately maximizing profitability for the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. Ensure all campaigns align with client goals and agency profitability targets.
- Performance Measurement: Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using ROI and KPIs as key indicators. Regularly assess outcomes and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Trend Analysis & Optimization: Identify trends and insights to continuously optimize spend and campaign performance. Implement data-driven strategies to enhance client results.
- Growth Strategy Development: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop innovative growth strategies that will expand our clients' digital presence and impact.
- Landing Page & UX Optimization: Work closely with internal teams to create and optimize landing pages, enhancing the user experience and driving conversion across client websites.
- Customer Experience Evaluation: Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. Optimize conversion points and user funnels accordingly.
- Collaboration & Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendor partners to integrate cutting-edge technologies and services into client campaigns. Provide thought leadership and recommendations for technology adoption where appropriate.
- Traffic & Conversion Strategies: Devise strategies to drive online traffic to client websites. Monitor and track conversion rates, implementing improvements as needed to enhance performance.
- Budgetary Control: Manage the planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing activities, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet client and agency goals.
- Market Research: Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to inform and refine digital marketing strategies.
- Technology Adoption: Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends by reviewing and adopting new technologies. Provide guidance on the integration of these technologies to benefit our clients and agency.
- Professional Development: Attend relevant conferences and workshops to stay informed about the latest developments in digital marketing and to represent the agency within the industry.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative strategies and solutions.
- Experience in managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
