As a premium small business provider of advanced components and subsystems, West Coast Solutions

is currently seeking to fill key technical positions to help lead us through the next phase of growth. One of

these key positions is a Technical Product Manager. If you are looking to be empowered, challenged and

an opportunity to interface with key decision makers and work closely with our engineering teams. We welcome candidates who share our vision and commitment, even if they don’t meet all qualifications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead multi-disciplinary technical coordination across the project lifecycle
2. Drive product vision, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, standards, and contracts
3. Review and approve engineering documentation and design releases
4. Enforce adherence to programmatic standards, tools, and best practices (MS Project)
5. Manage configuration control and maintain system traceability and documentation
6. Oversee daily technical execution across design, build, test, and delivery
7. Collaborate with Program Management and Technical Experts on planning, risk, and execution
8. Capture and apply lessons learned to drive future system improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant technical industry experience
3. Proven experience in product management, team leadership and technical execution
4. Demonstrated experience collaborating with Program Management and Engineering teams
5. Familiar with AS9100 quality standards, including design and development methodologies

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

1. Demonstrated experience interfacing with senior leadership and executive stakeholders
2. Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices

Salary Range: $115,000- $176,000. Dependent on candidate’s experience.
