Digital Marketing and Communications Manager

Location: USA (East Zone)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated professional to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies. This role involves creating engaging content for multiple channels, supporting community outreach, organizing events, and managing internal and external communication efforts. The position reports directly to the Executive VP, Global Marketing, and plays a pivotal role in driving global brand awareness and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategically plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns to promote innovative platforms and services, while reinforcing brand identity.
  2. Develop and implement digital marketing and communication strategies to meet business objectives, drive sales, and enhance global web presence.
  3. Expand impactful digital marketing and social media efforts to educate global audiences on cutting-edge technologies.
  4. Research, develop, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns for internal and external audiences, including customers, partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
  5. Manage and maintain the website, including updates, new pages, blogs, case studies, and other resources.
  6. Collaborate with SEO partners to optimize website and online advertising opportunities.
  7. Engage audiences through social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  8. Create compelling marketing materials, including corporate profiles, key messages, presentations, brochures, videos, and digital content.
  9. Oversee contractors (designers, writers, editors) to produce high-quality communication tools.
  10. Work closely with sales to identify marketing opportunities aligned with target markets and product mix.
  11. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inspire innovative marketing campaigns.
  12. Ensure consistency with brand identity across all products, services, and communication materials.
  13. Plan and execute digital campaigns for global promotions and product launches.
  14. Manage webinars and web-based training events to showcase technologies globally.
  15. Analyze marketing performance and optimize ROI for advertising and events.
  16. Conduct continuous analysis of competitive environments and industry trends to refine marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  2. 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a corporate setting.
  3. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  4. Strong customer-centric approach and ability to build effective relationships at all organizational levels.
  5. Exceptional writing, storytelling, and verbal communication skills.
  6. Proficiency in creating print, digital, and social media content.
  7. Hands-on experience with SEO, social media metrics, and data analysis for campaign optimization.
  8. Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and WordPress.
  9. Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to evolving responsibilities.
