Content & Growth Assistant (Part-Time, Remote)

Popping Socials | Tampa-Based Agency

Popping Socials is a growing social media marketing agency specializing in med spas, wellness clinics, and aesthetic brands. We focus heavily on short-form content strategy and high-converting social media systems that drive real business growth.

We’re looking for a trend-aware, organized, and motivated Content & Growth Assistant who understands social media and wants to learn more about social media marketing at a deeper level.

This is a part-time role with room to grow into a larger position as the agency expands.

What You’ll Be DoingContent Support

  1. Research trending short-form video ideas weekly (Instagram & TikTok)
  2. Analyze competitor content and identify winning formats
  3. Draft captions based on brand voice guidelines
  4. Assist with building content calendars
  5. Organize content inside Notion and Google Drive
  6. Create simple carousel graphics in Canva

Growth Support

  1. Research local businesses for outreach (med spas, wellness, dental, etc.)
  2. Build and maintain organized lead lists
  3. Assist with DM and email outreach using templates
  4. Track outreach and engagement metrics

Ideal Candidate

  1. Understands social media trends and consumes short-form content daily
  2. Has a strong eye for what performs well online
  3. Is eager to learn more about social media marketing and strategy
  4. Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  5. Self-motivated and reliable
  6. Comfortable with Canva, Google Drive, and learning new platforms quickly
  7. Interested in marketing, entrepreneurship, or content creation

Bonus (not required):

  1. Experience managing or growing an Instagram account
  2. Basic copywriting experience
  3. Familiarity with Notion or Metricool

Details

  1. Part-time (10 hours per week to start)
  2. $10/hour
  3. 30-day trial period
  4. Fully remote
  5. Flexible schedule (must meet weekly deadlines)
