We are seeking a detail-oriented WordPress Developer to build high-quality websites using a Figma, Elementor, and WordPress workflow. This role focuses on translating Figma designs into responsive, pixel-accurate Elementor pages while maintaining performance, usability, and scalability.

You will work directly with stakeholders to implement modern layouts, optimize user experience, and support ongoing website development across multiple digital properties.

Responsibilities

1. Convert Figma designs into fully responsive WordPress pages using Elementor (Pro)
2. Build clean, pixel-accurate layouts using HTML5 and CSS3
3. Implement global styles, templates, and reusable Elementor components
4. Optimize pages for mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
5. Improve site speed and Core Web Vitals
6. Customize themes and troubleshoot plugin or layout conflicts
7. Manage content updates, revisions, and site maintenance
8. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine UI/UX and functionality

Required Qualifications

1. 2+ years of experience with WordPress and Elementor
2. Strong experience converting Figma designs to Elementor
3. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design
4. Experience with:
5. Elementor Pro (templates, global widgets, theme builder)
6. WordPress themes and plugins
7. Performance optimization and page speed improvements
8. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

1. Basic JavaScript or jQuery
2. Experience with WooCommerce
3. Familiarity with hosting environments (Cloudflare, managed WordPress, or cPanel)
4. Experience integrating forms, CRM tools, or APIs
5. UI/UX awareness and design sensitivity
