This position is responsible for supporting the Marketing & Communications supervisor and director in planning and implementing various forms of marketing, communications and digital media to support strategic business priorities for the Ridgeview system entities. Additional responsibility for directly supporting marketing, communications and outreach services for Ridgeview Arlington and Le Sueur Campuses (including Nursing & Rehab Center, Sunrise Plaza).

Job Functions

1. Develops and assists in the creation and implementation of digital/internet marketing tactics including inbound marketing, promotion, e-communication/e-commerce, web content curation, digital displays, mobile devices, SEO (Search Engine Optimization)/SEM (Search Engine Marketing), online advertising and social media marketing.
2. Supports the growth and increased awareness of the organization’s services through the recommendation and development of web-based methods and technologies
3. Provides ROI analysis of and reports for online campaign strategies and supporting promotional tactics.
4. Manages content and maintains information architecture/structure for organizational websites.
5. Develops and implements marketing plans and tactics – including outreach - to grow awareness and utilization of Ridgeview Arlington and Ridgeview Le Sueur campus services.
6. Meets organizational and departmental objectives, budgets and timelines.
7. Assists in maintaining a consistent brand image through all messaging, marketing, promotional tactics and events.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education/Work Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Marketing
2. 5+ years of related experience
3. Experience with SEO/SEM, HTML; Google+, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram (social media platforms), LinkedIn/Indeed (recruiting platforms)
4. WordPress, blog/content hub development and email marketing, website and social media content development.
5. Experience with desktop publishing/InDesign/Digital graphics design

Preferred Qualifications

1. Google AdWords certification, Google Analytics certification
2. Photography
