Job Overview

This role combines strategic content leadership with hands on creative execution. You will own the full content lifecycle from research to delivery across web, digital, social, print, PR, email, and paid media. You will shape messaging, build multi platform content systems, write and edit long and short form content, direct creative outputs, manage publishing workflows, and support performance goals with data informed decisions. You will collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership to drive a clear and consistent narrative that supports growth.

Duties

Content Operations

Plan and manage content from strategy to final delivery.

Build editorial calendars weekly, quarterly, and annually.

Translate business goals and buyer insights into themes and content pillars.

Develop full funnel content ecosystems that guide audiences from first impression to conversion.

Use analytics and performance insights to refine direction.

Multi Platform Content Development

Turn long form content into platform ready assets.

Create content variations for web, email, social, print, PR, and paid media.

Maintain message cohesion across platforms.

Develop reusable systems, templates, and workflows to scale production.

Use AI tools for research, outlining, drafting, and insight gathering.

Copywriting and Editorial

Write long form assets such as landing pages, guides, brochures, and magazines.

Write mid form content such as emails, ads, carousels, and video scripts.

Write short form hooks, headlines, hero copy, and captions.

Create messaging frameworks, style guides, and voice documentation.

Edit and proof all content for tone, accuracy, and consistency.

Creative Direction

Shape visual direction across channels.

Lead concept development for campaigns and narrative content series.

Guide imagery, spacing, typography, layouts, and overall style.

Ensure consistent brand presentation across builders and brands.

Design and Layout

Create graphics for social, ads, print, and digital documents.

Produce multi page layouts and branded guides.

Maintain brand kits and visual standards.

Build templates for repeatable use.

Prepare assets for web and print with correct formatting.

Publishing and Platform Execution

Schedule and publish social content.

Build and QA landing pages in WordPress.

Manage metadata, titles, keywords, alt text, and internal links.

Adjust layouts for mobile performance.

Performance and Growth Enablement

Align content with search intent, paid media goals, and conversion data.

Develop ad messaging and creative concepts.

Build and test landing page variations for CRO.

Analyze performance and use findings to guide future cycles.

AI Powered Operations

Create and manage AI systems for research, content generation, and workflow scaling.

Train tools on brand voice and editorial standards.

Develop reusable prompt frameworks for efficient output.

Leadership and Collaboration

Mentor junior team members and guide cross functional contributors.

Work with sales, operations, and leadership teams.

Communicate strategy, rationale, and performance clearly to internal teams and clients.

Manage multiple priorities in a fast moving environment.

Quality Control

Check accuracy, layout, spacing, formatting, SEO, and device responsiveness.

Ensure content meets brand guidelines and performance expectations.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or related roles with a focus on multichannel campaigns.
  2. Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, Google Analytics, Google AdWords (now Google Ads), Facebook Advertising, and email marketing platforms.
  3. Proficiency in WordPress CMS for website management and HTML basics for content customization.
  4. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Constant Contact's CRM Marketing Automation Sharp Spring, HubSpot or similar.
  5. Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging narratives tailored for B2B & B2C) audiences.
  6. Experience in performance marketing tactics including PPC (pay-per-click), retargeting, and conversion optimization.
  7. Ability to conduct research on market trends, competitors’ strategies, and industry best practices.
  8. Skilled in budgeting for campaigns and managing project timelines effectively.
  9. Knowledge of print advertising requirements and processes is a plus for integrated offline campaigns.
  10. Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with team members and clients.
