Bring Your Construction Management Expertise to a Unique Public Service Career.

Contribute your 5+ years of construction management experience to serve as a Construction Executive for all capital and major rehabilitation construction projects in any of the 280+ countries where our teams work.

You must be familiar with design and construction plans, adept with on-site, in-the-trenches project inspections and quality control, and proficient in leading large teams and managing complex projects. Additionally, you will need strong negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills as you participate in bid evaluations and commissioning activities.

To qualify, you will need an engineering or architecture degree and demonstrate specialized experience in:

• Foreign countries’ engineering principles and practices, ensuring projects meet host country standards,
• Project and construction management principles, methodology, and processes, including budget and resource control, cost/benefits analysis, and risk management, and
• Application of contract management principles and practices

This is a direct-hire Personal Services Contractor (PSC) position. The selected candidate will be hired as a non-status, non-permanent employee and will not acquire a competitive or excepted service status from this position.
