Armed Forces Bank (AFB) is actively hiring Collection Specialists to join its team in Kansas City, MO. This is a full-time in office Monday – Friday daytime position.
The Collection Specialist engages with clients in a professional manner to identify the root cause for payment disruption and then work with clients to resolve their account in full or to establish an acceptable payment stream or arrangement. In this role, you will also be responsible for reaching out to clients to collect payments.
