Business Development Manager (Remote – USA)

$70,000–$100,000 base | $140,000–$170,000 OTE

What You’ll Do


  1. Own a pipeline of inbound prospects (70% new business / 30% renewals)
  2. Run engaging, advisory-style sales calls with professionals who’ve already shown intent
  3. Match individuals with the membership package that best supports their goals
  4. Drive conversions, support renewals and keep members engaged
  5. Maintain strong CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
