We are seeking an Associate Director of Website Strategy and SEO (Remote) to join our growing team!

Position Summary

We’re seeking a collaborative, data-oriented Associate Director of Website Strategy & SEO to oversee strategic direction and on-going management of web / digital experiences across the Momentive Software portfolio.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of digital experience, organic growth, and performance marketing. It requires providing guidance and seamless collaboration with both agencies and internal teams to deliver high-quality, scalable digital experiences.

The ideal candidate can balance forward-thinking strategy with operational excellence, bringing experience working across web strategy, development, UX, SEO, conversion rate optimization and analytics to the table.

A Day in the Life

Website Strategy & Management:

Evolve web/digital experiences across the Momentive portfolio to best represent the company's brand, communicate our value proposition and product differentiation, and become a top channel for pipeline generation. Maintain and communicate an aggressive web roadmap to support business priorities, improve user experience, and optimize conversion rates.

Analytics & Performance Optimization :

Track, analyze, and report on web traffic metrics. Establish KPIs and measure performance to identify growth opportunities. Implement marketing automation and CRM integrations to streamline data tracking and lead nurturing.

Growth & Experimentation:

Develop and execute A/B tests and growth experiments to optimize web performance and conversion rates. Leverage SEO, personalization, retargeting and other techniques to attract more visitors, and ensure we engage them in a direct and relevant manner.

Collaboration & Leadership:

Work cross-functionally and communicate regularly with marketing and executive leadership, product, and sales. Manage and mentor internal team of talented web development / digital marketing professionals, along with owning relationships with external resources and agencies. Keep the website cutting edge by staying up to date on industry trends, competitive approaches, and emerging technologies.

We are looking for someone who brings

1. 7+ years of experience in website strategy, SEO, or digital marketing within a B2B SaaS or tech environment required.
2. 1-2+ years of people management experience required.
3. Proven track record driving organic growth and optimizing high-performance, content-rich websites.
4. Bachelors degree required.
5. Experience with development and implementation of A/B testing roadmap
6. Strong hands-on CMS experience (Contentful, WordPress, AEM, etc.).
7. Proficient with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Conductor), web analytics (GA4, Looker Studio), and CRO platforms (Crazy Egg, Optimizely, VWO).
8. Strong understanding of web performance, Core Web Vitals, UX best practices, and mobile optimization.
9. Effective communicator who can translate data and technical insight into cross-functional collaboration.
10. Exceptional project management skills including communicating timelines and results to senior leadership.
11. Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
12. Associations and/or Nonprofit industry experience preferred.
