Conviso Inc is hiring ServiceNow Developer, this is a 100% REMOTE set-up position & comes with benefits, 401K & some accrued PTO. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience setting up and managing the ServiceNow DevOps module. ServiceNow Developer should have experience with the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Development:

O Design, develop, implement, and test new functionalities using ServiceNow, ensuring they align with user needs and business requirements.

O Set up and manage the ServiceNow DevOps module to streamline development and operational workflows.

O Align application data to the CSDM and import data into the CMDB.

• Testing and Troubleshooting:

O Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions with end-users and gather feedback for improvements.

O Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow and DevOps processes.

• System Administration:

O Administer and maintain functionality within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.

• Support and Maintenance:

O Provide support for the sustainment and long-term maintenance of the development work already completed.

• Stakeholder Communication:

O Contribute to key deliverables and performance metrics, ensuring they are met efficiently and effectively.

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its modules, including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and PPM

• Experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on module configurations and integrations with other tools.

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow development, particularly DevOps

• Familiarity with Agile methodology

• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.

• ServiceNow Certified IT Service Management Implementation Specialist

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab)
