Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing staff, including training, scheduling, and supervision
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards
- Assist in inventory control and ordering supplies
- Support kitchen management activities to maintain efficient operations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus and recipes
- Oversee banquet and catering events to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in maintaining hospitality management standards for guest interactions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of kitchen management practices and culinary techniques
- Strong understanding of inventory control procedures
- Proven ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience as an Assistant Manager is a plus
