.NET Developer with Denodo Expertise

Overview

We are partnering with a client who is undergoing a major modernization initiative focused on financial and General Ledger (GL) data systems. They are seeking a highly skilled .NET Developer with deep expertise in Denodo to support the transition from a legacy .NET API environment to a new integration architecture centered around Denodo.

This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret legacy systems, and the expertise to implement new solutions using Denodo's data virtualization capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret existing .NET-based APIs to understand core logic and structure
• Design and implement performant, maintainable API integrations using Denodo
• Compare integration approaches (legacy .NET vs. Denodo) to identify optimal solutions
• Build, test, and optimize Denodo-based APIs with a focus on sensitive financial and GL data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to validate integration outcomes
• Contribute to broader integration and data architecture efforts as needed

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Denodo
• Expertise in data virtualization and API integration using Denodo
• Solid understanding of .NET to analyze and deconstruct legacy API logic (coding in .NET is not the core focus)
• Proven ability to translate legacy systems into modern integration solutions
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, staff augmentation environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Snowflake and Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric
• Background in financial services or related industry
• Understanding of financial and GL data structures
