SexSymbol Magazine, a leader in the music and entertainment publishing world, is seeking a dynamic and driven Advertising/Sponsorship Manager to join our innovative team. We are a mission-driven publication dedicated to amplifying the voices and talents of women in the music industry. Our magazine reaches nearly 200,000 Instagram followers and is followed by industry leaders such as Isabel La Rosa.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage advertising and sponsorship opportunities to align with SexSymbol Magazine’s brand values.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing partners.
3. Identify new revenue streams while maximizing current advertising partnerships.
4. Craft compelling proposals that reflect the needs of our clients and the mission of SexSymbol Magazine.

6. Monitor and report on advertising campaigns to ensure effective performance.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Proven track record in advertising sales, sponsorship management, or related fields.
2. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
3. Passion for music, gender equality, and empowering women in the industry.

Compensation:

This position offers a commission-based compensation structure with a sliding scale:

1. 30% commission for the first $300,000 in advertising revenue.
2. 20% commission for revenue exceeding $300,000.
