We are looking for a Clinical Operations Manager (COM) for egnite, a rapidly growing digital health company focused on improving the experience of cardiovascular patients across the US. The COM will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer users. COMs serve an important role in setting customers up for success by partnering with key stakeholders both internally and within the client organization. The COM must effectively partner with clinical and administrative stakeholders to implement data-driven processes at the client site. Additionally, the COM is responsible for proactively monitoring key metrics of success and implementing change management processes where needed.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Serve as an operational point-of-contact, advocate, problem solver, and trusted advisor for a defined set of clients
- Drive implementation of egnite’s digital platform, CardioCare
- Ensure practical and sticky workflows are implemented to mobilize CardioCare data
- Act as the key point of contact for end-users on an ongoing basis
- Partner with clients to proactively improve client health and satisfaction by monitoring key metrics (performance, level of adoption, satisfaction, renewal rates, etc.)
- Consistently identify opportunities to improve processes and conduct data analysis to identify root cause
- Champion our product, leveraging the latest enhancements to meet our client’s needs
- Travel independently or as a team for on-site Client Insight reviews to strengthen relationships, review key performance metrics, and identifyopportunities to further align results
- Communicate client progresswithin Salesforce CRM system
- Work both independently and as a team with an experienced Clinical Operations Director to drive results at assigned customer sites
This role requires privileged access controls for critical systems or data, ensuring that only authorized employees have access to sensitive information to help prevent data breaches and unauthorized access to sensitive information.
Education and experience:
Required
- Bachelors Degree in healthcare or business related field
- 5+ years of related experience in implementing and sustaining technology use in healthcare settings, healthcare consulting, advising and/or influencing customers in the healthcare environment
- Some knowledge of cardiovascular care
- Exceptionally curious and willing to learn and dig into hospital data, cardiology, and CardioCare product topics to problem solve and deliver solutions for customers and patients required
- Team player motivated by collaborating with others to solve problems and deliver excellent customer service
- Organized and able to manage clients to project plans and deadlines
- Experience developing and delivering data driven storytelling
- Experience and enjoyment found in building and managing relationships, including interacting with all levels of management (both internally and client-focused) with a focus on client health & retention
- Capable of implementing consistent workflows promoting standard product use across egnite’s portfolio of hospital clients.
- Excellent verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter and autonomous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with root cause analysis, process redesign and change management; formal lean sigma and/or change management experience preferred
- Solid understanding of general technology concepts to effectively communicate with development staff and client’s project team relating to issues and software capabilities
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 70% of the time to client sites, corporate meetings, and conferences/seminars
- Must live in the West USA.
