  • Establish tools and standards: Select and refine the tools, templates, systems, project-management processes, quality standards, SOPs, checklists, and resources necessary to deliver projects efficiently and consistently.
  • Own quality control: Ensure websites meet NPM standards for professionalism, functionality, quality, and client readiness before launch.
  • Drive Web Services growth: Partner with NPM leadership and relevant team members to identify early clients, refine the offering, generate recurring revenue, and grow the service according to established milestones.
  • Learn from early projects: Use client feedback and real-world delivery experience to identify bottlenecks, risks, inefficiencies, unmet needs, and opportunities to continually improve the offering.
