This Digital Marketing Coordinator will report to the Senior Demand Generation Manager and will partner with copywriters, designers, web developers, and project managers to collect info and assets needed to effectively coordinate email, social and web-based initiatives. This individual has a unique blend of data-driven marketing and martech experience – from building emails, scheduling social media and blog posts, and SEO, to developing automated workflows to optimize lead nurturing and database maintenance. An exceptional communicator with strong project coordination skills and accomplished at working with large teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Marketing Automation
- Responsible for building, sending, tracking, and reporting on our email, social, and web channels leveraging copy provided by content, visual elements designed by creatives, and campaign strategy developed by campaign managers.
- Sets up campaign and asset attribution tracking utilizing UTM codes, campaign tags, etc.
- Creates and schedules calendars for marketing email, social, and blog post calendars– will be responsible for determining schedule for incoming post/send requests based on historical data, best practices
- Sender/Publisher of marketing emails. social, and blog posts – ensuring optimization for lead routing at all points
- Manage contact lists, making recommendations on data-cleanliness, segmentation, and ensuring the right people are getting the right messaging at the right time
- A/B test, multi-variate test, and make recommendations for optimizing results
- Other duties as assigned
Optimization and Reporting
- Proactively update marketing reporting dashboards, flagging noticeable trends and anomalies
- Take initiative to make recommendations on ways to optimize and scale efficiencies and results
- Coordinate posting schedule with competing priorities, making data-driven decisions and recommendations for best results
- Effectively follow the strategic flow of multiple campaign deliverables simultaneously

Collaboration
- Partner closely with individuals within the marketing team to efficiently gather info and assets needed to complete the task/project on time and on budget
- Confident working with project managers and campaign managers as pivots are requested and always working towards best outcome
- Proactively identify potential obstacles and come prepared with recommend data-driven solutions
- Increase efficiency and scale efforts in collaboration with marketing team members and stakeholders in other departments
- Effectively communicate with team members
- Work with the demand generation managers to build nurture campaigns
- Proactively share ideas and findings with team members, seek insight and feedback to continually optimize and test assets
- Promote a collaborative team-ownership environment where you’ll pitch in where needed to get deliverable past the finish line

The Ideal Candidate:
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience coordinating email, social and web posts
- Minimum 2+ years HubSpot experience
- Proven end-to-end campaign coordination experience
- Confident simultaneously coordinating multiple projects and deliverables
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks quickly and effectively
- Able to prioritize autonomously based on shifting organizational and departmental priorities
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Comfortable working on a team with coworkers in variety of different time-zones, effectively manage schedule and collaborate across time zones
Specialized Skills:
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple high stakes projects in a fast-paced environment
- WordPress front and backend editing
- Project Management platform (such as Wrike, Asana, Workamajig)
- Search engine optimization analysis platform (such as SEM Rush, SEOptimer, SpyFu))
- Heatmapping platform (such as HotJar)
- Web traffic analytics and ads platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics)
- Basic SalesForce experience - campaign tagging, tracking, and reporting
- Sales enablement platform (such as SalesLoft)
- Possess a knowledge of MS Office Suite (MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe products
