We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our rapidly growing team in our Chicago, IL office – located in the Willis Tower. We are looking for candidates in nationwide as this is a remote position.

What You’ll Do:

The Customer Services Representative will be in daily communication with internal and/or external customers providing a first-line response to a high volume of incoming calls from Auto Approve customers. The most successful candidates will be customer-focused and organized, able to easily multi-task, accurately identify and assess customer needs and take appropriate action to resolve the issue on the call. Selected candidates must have flexibility to work all shifts between 7:00am – 7:00pm Central Time. The role’s day-to-day duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Delivering a premier experience for Auto Approve's customers during every interaction
  • Answering over 30 incoming calls daily and assisting customers over email and using our chat service to answer questions and concerns related to their refinance applications and/or accounts
  • Accurately diagnosing customer needs and proactively educating them about the features and benefits of Auto Approve’s products and services
  • Effectively utilizing and navigating computer systems, applications, and utilizing search tools to achieve desired outcomes and find information
  • Documenting required information in system of record
  • Retaining Auto Approve’s product and process knowledge

What You’ll Need:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience required
  • Strong telephone etiquette skills required
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite programs
  • Experience using Intercom or an alternative chat service (preferred)
  • Bilingual speaking proficiency in Spanish/English (preferred)

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are variable and based on business need. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Physical Requirements: This position is indoors. Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period. May be asked to lift approximately 25 lbs. Exposure to moderate noise and light, i.e business office with computers, phone, printers, light foot traffic.
