Personal Assistant Needed in Panama City (Costa del Este) We are a family of six (two parents and four children: aged 6, 5, 3, and 2) planning to spend 45 days in Panama City from June 30 to August 15. We are looking for a full-time personal assistant to help us organize our stay, find suitable activities for all of our children, and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Responsibilities: Children’s Activities: Help organize a variety of activities for our four children (ages 6, 5, 3, and 2) such as: Karate, Circus, Gymnastics, Swimming, Outdoor activities, More activities suited to young children. Finding Schools: Research and recommend English-speaking schools (not daycare) with a real program and organized activities for our children. Preferably, Jewish schools, but not a requirement The children speak multiple languages (English, French, Hebrew, and Italian), but not Spanish. We need a school where English is the primary language of instruction. Apartment Search: Assist in finding an apartment in Costa del Este, with a maximum budget of $2500 per month (3-4 bedrooms and a swimming pool in the building). Additional Tasks: Help coordinate our family’s schedule and activities, If necessary, assist in finding a nanny or nurse for additional support. Requirements: Highly organized and proactive, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills in English. Familiar with the Panama City area, particularly Costa del Este. Ability to find the best options and update us regularly.
