As an individual contributor, you will handle day-to-day marketing tasks while expanding the company’s reach through increased digital marketing. The ideal candidate brings a mix of hands-on traditional marketing and digital knowledge, including of the following: printed content creation, website management, SEO, social media, and ad management/metrics. Marketing Manager (Digital/Traditional Exp. Req.) - HYBRID Responsibilities
- Lead company marketing initiatives via traditional and digital strategies
- Design, update, and manage literature, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Leverage the expertise of company SMEs to create content, email campaigns, & blog posts
- Craft informative, data-driven content aimed at an engineering customer base
- Develop and manage the company's LinkedIn social media strategy for brand visibility
- Design and manage Google and LinkedIn ad campaigns to drive leads and conversions
- Support with website modifications to optimize performance & increase customer reach
- Edit PowerPoint presentations for cohesiveness, aligning with company style guidelines
- Manage printing, distribution, and storage of marketing literature and promotional items
- Maintain and update internal directories, maps, and organizational charts
- Design and oversee building signage, business cards, stickers, nameplates, and calendars
- Manage annual Marketing Budget
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across platforms
- Support with trade show preparation
Marketing Manager (Digital/Traditional Exp. Req.) - HYBRID Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B Marketing experience, including 2+ years of digital marketing, is required
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is required
- Professional social media management experience is required, LinkedIn preferred
- Experience driving brand awareness through various online channels is required
- Strong PowerPoint skills are required
- Ability to work 100% on-site is required
