Job Overview:

KWALL is looking for an experienced **Technology Director / CTO** to lead the development of Accorbis, our Drupal, WordPress, and website projects. This role requires strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and a passion for innovation in AI, content management, and digital solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all aspects of KWALL’s technology, including Accorbis, Drupal, WordPress, and custom web development.
• Manage and mentor development staff, ensuring high-quality standards and efficiency.
• Lead innovation in tools, plugins, and modules to enhance client solutions.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies, particularly in AI, automation and content management.
• Define and implement best practices for development, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology aligns with business objectives.
