Job Overview:

KWALL is looking for an experienced **Technology Director / CTO** to lead the development of Accorbis, our Drupal, WordPress, and website projects. This role requires strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and a passion for innovation in AI, content management, and digital solutions.

What You’ll Do:

1. Oversee all aspects of KWALL’s technology, including Accorbis, Drupal, WordPress, and custom web development.
2. Manage and mentor development staff, ensuring high-quality standards and efficiency.
3. Lead innovation in tools, plugins, and modules to enhance client solutions.
4. Stay ahead of emerging technologies, particularly in AI, automation and content management.
5. Define and implement best practices for development, security, and scalability.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology aligns with business objectives.
