We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer with a strong background in Infrastructure Design, Network Architecture Design, and Cloud Solutions to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining clear, concise, and technically accurate documentation related to IT infrastructure, network design, cloud gateway solutions, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT systems and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Proven experience as a Technical Writer focusing on Infrastructure Design, Network Architecture, and Cloud Solutions.

· Strong understanding of network architecture, cloud gateways, data centers, and IT infrastructure components.
