The Role

• Develop and execute organic social media strategies across multiple brand channels

.• Serve as the primary social media lead for one brand while supporting initiatives across others.• Own the organic social content calendar from planning through publishing, ensuring alignment with business priorities

.• Create platform-native content strategies, original creative concepts, and compelling social storytelling.• Write engaging social-first copy for captions, scripts, and community responses

.• Build and nurture online communities through active social listening and trend monitoring.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience in organic social media management for consumer, lifestyle, beauty, wellness, or CPG brands.

• Proven experience developing and executing social-first content strategies, particularly for Instagram and TikTok.

• Exceptional social copywriting and storytelling skills with a knack for translating brand messaging into engaging content.

• Strong creative instincts and brand judgment, with the ability to create culturally relevant and premium content

.• Experience leading cross-functional campaigns and collaborating with various marketing teams.• Demonstrated ability to manage creator relationships, content productions, and campaign budgets.
