We are looking to expand our US marketing operations. We need to hire a great Technical Content Marketing Manager to help us with incredible content for our company.

We have landed customers like Bank of America, Spotify, Barclays, Tom Tom, Shell, and many other Fortune 100 & 500 accounts.

Here's what you'll be responsible for:

• Spearhead a dynamic Technical Content strategy that resonates with business goals and audience needs, incorporating emerging trends.
• Craft compelling content like blogs, white papers, and multimedia materials, ensuring alignment with our brand's voice and accuracy.
• Creating best practice guides and tutorials.
• Build customer case studies.
• Thought leadership articles and posts.

Qualifications:

• Possess a bachelor’s or equivalent in a relevant field with a strong background in Technical Content within tech, particularly in a DevOps OR IT Infrastructure.
• Your ability to thrive in a dynamic setting, juggle various projects, and make data-informed decisions is crucial.
• An experienced Technical writer who has worked directly with editors in a professional environment, with an extensive, diverse portfolio of published work related to the SaaS industry.
• A professional with minimum 5 years experience as a technology writer and/or journalist with deep technical expertise; and/or a CS degree; or equivalent work experience writing on technical topics such as cloud technologies, AI/ML, observability, data pipelines, and security.
• A proven deep understanding of modern application development and monitoring concepts.
• Comfortable researching new technologies and bringing new ideas to the table.

Report to the VP of Marketing from any remote location in the USA.

Salary: $130-180k
