This is a remote position. The manager lives in the Raleigh/Durham area and travels to Indianapolis quarterly, so candidates in those areas would be great but are not required.

Standard business hours. There are global meetings quarterly, so there may be an occasional early morning and/or late evening meeting.

Education and Experience: 3-5 years experience with a college degree OR 5+ years work experience without a college degree.

CPW Contingent Worker Areas of Support/Tasks

1. Impact Validation Project – 90%

a. October – December 2025

b. Review, validation and catalog of all CPW impacts from 2017-2024

2. CPW administrative support/2026 annual planning – 10%

a. General tasks, i.e., recording meeting minutes, etc. (May 2025 – May 2026

b. Lead meeting scheduling for all global regions (November ’25 – January ’26)

c. 2025 impact validation (December 2025 – March 2026)

3. Other tasks as assigned.
