For our client, we are seeking a Social Media Manager Sr to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $111,353 – $183,618 annually

Responsibilities

1. Define and own the organic social strategy across platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram
2. Establish KPIs and governance for measuring social performance outcomes
3. Drive improvements and technology evaluations for social capabilities
4. Serve as the expert on organic social trends and competitive strategies
5. Develop the social content framework, maintaining brand messaging integrity and audience targeting
6. Oversee editorial standards to ensure content quality and compliance
7. Lead performance reporting and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions

Qualifications

1. Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
2. 8+ years of experience in social media strategy and digital marketing with a focus on organic social
3. Proven ability to build organic social presence and drive measurable audience growth
4. Advanced analytical skills for translating performance data into strategic decisions
5. Experience developing cross-platform social strategies tailored to multiple audience segments
6. Expertise in social content architecture and performance measurement at scale
7. Strong communication skills with a consistent brand voice across platforms
