## Description

This newly launched civic association is aiming to build a home for right-of-center Republicans who do not fullly identify with MAGA, nor full-spectrum conservatism.

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to help expand our digital outreach and build our membership through the consistent posting of political content online. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to drive engagement across various platforms.

As funding permits, these responsibilities will transition into a full-time salaried position.

## Responsibilities

- Create and manage engaging social media content for all platforms.

- Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand visibility.

- Monitor social media trends and analyze campaign performance metrics.

- Collaborate with the executive team to ensure brand consistency.

- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and oversee member services via social channels.

- Stay up-to-date with political trends and technologies.

## Qualifications

- Experience in social media management.

- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing strategies.

- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.

- Photography and video editing skills.

- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in video editing
