We seek an experienced Social Media Manager to work onsite at our stylish office in beautiful Larchmont Village. We are looking for someone with a proven track record who can own the entire social media marketing process at TwinFold Capital. The Social Media Manager will create successful social media strategies and content for all platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok).

NO CONTRACTORS OR CONSULTANTS - This is a full-time permanent role.

Job Duties:

• Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain TwinFold Capital's brand
• Design (graphics, video, audio, etc.) and post on social media platforms
• Encourage greater social media participation and attract potential clients
• Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and public speaking about TwinFold Capital's social media strategy
• Capturing and editing Social Media content
• Develop social media marketing campaigns
• Interact with inquiries and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
• Analyze the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identify strategic weaknesses and make recommendations for improvements
• Research social media trends and keep social media content relevant
• Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred or business administration
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience
• Preferable background in the finance industry
• Can demonstrate a proven track record of successful social media campaigns
• The ability to use social media to maintain or build a brand
• Great verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position
• The ability to craft engaging content and align content with viewer trends and market changes to interest and engage people.
• Computer skills; skills in using social media platforms and skills in using tools that analyze social media platforms
• Skilled in researching social media trends, identifying new social media tools, and finding real-time online conversations
• The ability to organize tasks to meet deadlines
