We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solidity Engineer to lead the development of blockchain-based smart contracts for innovative fintech solutions. Requirements

1. 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in EVM blockchain development
2. Proven experience deploying secure, production-level smart contracts
3. Expertise in Solidity and strong understanding of EVM-compatible blockchains
4. In-depth knowledge of token standards, consensus mechanisms, and cryptography
5. Hands-on experience with development frameworks such as Foundry, Hardhat, or Truffle
6. Strong grasp of smart contract security practices and vulnerability mitigation
7. Demonstrated ability to lead smart contract development projects from conception to deployment

Responsibilities

1. Own the architecture, development, testing, and deployment of smart contracts across blockchain platforms
2. Translate business and product requirements into efficient, secure on-chain logic
3. Optimize contracts for gas efficiency, maintainability, and scalability
4. Conduct rigorous testing including unit tests, integration, and security fuzzing; support third-party audits
5. Stay informed on emerging blockchain security threats and develop strategies to mitigate risks
6. Integrate smart contracts with backend systems, APIs, and external blockchain partners
7. Collaborate effectively with product, compliance, and operational teams to ensure seamless deployment and maintenance
8. Advocate for best coding practices, thorough documentation, and ongoing security enhancements
