Albuquerque TPA looking for Senior Pension Administrator

Responsibilities

• Administer roughly 80 DC 401(k) plans of various sizes but mostly in the 20 to 50 participant range and mostly held with John Hancock and American Funds.
• Handle customer service issues and all aspects of administration including: Trust Accounting, Testing, Form 5500 preparation, and Plan Document Amendments and Restatements.
• Distribution and Loan processing when needed. We have a full-time Distribution/Loan Clerk as well.
• Review work and reports of peers
• Research technical issues
• Request and load census data
• Interface directly with Plan Sponsors at implemantation and/or take-over
• Conduct virtual and in-person annual review meetings with Plan Sponsors

Qualifications

• Four year college degree
• 5 years of DC Plan Administrataion experience
• QKA designation minimum - prefer QPA or CPC
