Responsibilities

1. Shape their core product by shipping new features
2. Experiment with the latest NLP/ML and LLM-based techniques to optimize performance
3. Work closely with customers to gather feedback and iterate on the product

Requirements

1. PhD in Machine Learning or relevant field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics etc.)
2. Machine Learning expertise (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
3. NLP (NER, embeddings, full-text search etc.) and LLM (API calling, RAG-training, Fine-tuning) experience
4. Startup mindset - experience moving fast and shipping features
5. Interest/experience in HealthTech/Healthcare
