For our client, we are seeking a Senior Gameplay Engineer - Gameplay Tools to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Media environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $160,000 – $240,000 annually

Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain gameplay systems and tools in C++ using Unreal 5
2. Provide technical guidance to ensure effective code and content integration
3. Collaborate with content creators and engine team to develop essential game blocks
4. 
   

Qualifications

1. Proficient in writing C++ code and debugging
2. Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
3. Experience creating tools and components for designers and artists
4. Skilled in Unreal Engine development
