Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Vanilla JavaScript- this is a must
• 2-3 years at a minimum with this
• It doesn't need to react or typescript, just a Vanilla experience
• Adobe skills, analytics, and launch-- a huge plus
• Google Tag Manager-- a huge plus

Knowledge of

• Basic knowledge of cookies, and first-party trackers
• This will go hand in hand with Adobe's launch
• API Connections experience is also nice to have
• This would be a future state
• GitHub is also nice to have
• JavaScript, Adobe, API Connections

Soft skills:

• This will be an internal customer-facing role
• Interact with some challenging teams
• Lead a conversation, identify requirements, and translate them into actual requirements
• Basic documentation skills
• Good communication is really important here
• Just talking to stakeholders and building rapport
• CarMax culture fit
• Work well with others
• Teams being on video
• While remote it's important here

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54.07 - $58.90 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
