Technical Skills:

1. Hands-on experience with Vanilla JavaScript- this is a must
2. 2-3 years at a minimum with this
3. It doesn't need to react or typescript, just a Vanilla experience
4. Adobe skills, analytics, and launch-- a huge plus
5. Google Tag Manager-- a huge plus

Knowledge of

1. Basic knowledge of cookies, and first-party trackers
2. This will go hand in hand with Adobe's launch
3. API Connections experience is also nice to have
4. This would be a future state
5. GitHub is also nice to have
6. JavaScript, Adobe, API Connections

Soft skills:

1. This will be an internal customer-facing role
2. Interact with some challenging teams
3. Lead a conversation, identify requirements, and translate them into actual requirements
4. Basic documentation skills
5. Good communication is really important here
6. Just talking to stakeholders and building rapport
7. CarMax culture fit
8. Work well with others
9. Teams being on video
10. While remote it's important here

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54.07 - $58.90 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
