With 150+ years of industry leadership, Reinders is the trusted partner for green-industry professionals. We deliver professional-grade products, technical expertise, and tailored solutions through our best-in-class digital and in-field experiences. As we migrate to a new eCommerce platform, we’re seeking a technical Senior eCommerce Specialist to spearhead the build, QA, integrations, and ongoing optimization of our B2B online channels.

Why You’ll Love This Role

· Be the Do-er: You’ll own the technical implementation, from configuring storefront workflows and migrating PIM data to integrating payment/shipping options and directing QA cycles.

· Shape Our Future: You’ll play a pivotal role in our replatform project and then steward the live site, continuously driving improvements that directly impact our customers.

· Learn & Lead: Master our eCommerce platforms front and back-end, serve as customer support backup, train teammates, and document best practices for a growing team.

What You’ll Do

Replatform & Launch

· Master both frontend and backend of our new eCommerce platform: admin panel, storefront, workflows

· Partner with the eCommerce Team Lead to spearhead our eCommerce migration, planning cut-over, migrating PIM and customer data, and configuring search relevance

· Integrate and troubleshoot payment gateways (e.g., CenPOS, Stripe, Authorize.net) and shipping/carrier setups (UPS, FedEx, etc.)

· Conduct thorough QA in staging and production; manage tickets and collaborate with our system-integration partner to resolve issues

· Coordinate beta tests with internal teams and select customers to ensure a seamless go-live

Ongoing Platform Stewardship

· Diagnose and resolve live-site issues immediately post-launch; prioritize enhancements and collaborate on roadmap updates.

· Monitor continuous improvements, UX tuning, performance optimizations, and new feature rollouts that elevate the customer journey.

· Own PIM governance and search-experience tuning to keep product data accurate and discoverable.

· Serve as our “eCommerce technology expert,” training colleagues and providing day-to-day backup support on all our eCommerce platforms

·

What You Bring

Experience & Education

· 5–7 years of hands-on eCommerce or platform migration experience in a B2B or complex-catalog environment.

· Associate or bachelor’s degree in eCommerce, Digital Commerce (or equivalent technical expertise).

Technical Proficiency

· Deep knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Kodaris, Adobe Commerce/Magento, BigCommerce, Shopify Plus).

· Solid HTML/CSS skills and understanding of RESTful API integration experience.

· Hands-on PIM migration and data-quality processes.

· Proven track record integrating/troubleshooting payment gateways and shipping carrier setups.

· Strong QA/testing discipline: staging/production validation, bug tracking, and ticket management.

· Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4) for KPI tracking and reporting.

Soft Skills & Culture Fit

· Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive initiative

· Self-motivated drive to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities

· Excellent documentation discipline and the ability to create clear SOPs

· Natural trainer, able to teach and mentor technical and non-technical colleagues alike.

· Collaborative team player who thrives in a hybrid environment and embraces continuous learning

Join Reinders and be the technical force behind our next-generation eCommerce platform. You’ll own critical projects, shape our digital roadmap, and drive meaningful innovation, all within a supportive, hybrid work model.
