Job Description:

The Sr. Director of Marketing will lead all aspects of marketing strategy and execution for Hiatus Day Spa & Med Spa. This person will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, enhance consumer engagement, and ultimately improve store success.

The Sr. Director will report to and collaborate closely with the President to redefine and modernize the company’s entire marketing strategy, including a complete overhaul of its online presence, optimization of lead flow processes, review of pricing and refinement of the membership program, and integration of cutting-edge marketing tools. With a focus on consumer obsession, this individual will ensure that all marketing efforts align with unit profitability and long-term brand growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports the company’s growth objectives and drives unit profitability.
  2. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  3. Lead and oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, paid advertising, email, and PR.
  4. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
  5. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and provide regular updates to the rest of the executive team.
  6. Ensure brand consistency across all channels, maintaining a unified voice and visual identity.
  7. Develop employer brand marketing strategy & associated tactics.
  8. Position the brand to drive loyalty, fanfare, and organic referrals.
  9. Implement consistent messaging to focus on membership growth, particularly around the affordability of Haitus’ luxury services.
  10. Oversee the design of the company’s website to enhance user experience, optimize SEO, and streamline lead flow processes.
  11. Improve and manage lead generation and nurturing efforts, ensuring a high conversion rate for each store.
  12. Use data to analyze consumer behavior, treatment trends, and key drivers of revenue, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  13. Provide hands-on marketing support to store management to ensure local campaigns align with the broader company strategy and are optimized for local market success.
  14. Build partnerships with external agencies, influencers, and other stakeholders to enhance brand reach and visibility.
  15. Collaborate with other departments to align marketing efforts with broader business goals and support other departments in their marketing and branding needs and efforts.
  16. Develop employer brand marketing strategy & associated tactics.
  17. Position the brand to drive loyalty, fanfare, and organic referrals.
  18. Implement consistent messaging to focus on membership growth, particularly around the affordability of Haitus’ luxury services.
  19. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, consumer preferences, and new opportunities for growth.
  20. Lead the public relations and crisis communication efforts to maintain the company’s reputation.
  21. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards within the marketing function.
  22. Assist with special projects, research, and other tasks as needed to drive organizational success.

Experience

  1. 10+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role within a multi-location business.
  2. Proven track record of successful marketing transformations, including website redesigns, lead generation improvements, and brand management.
  3. Deep knowledge of data-driven marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  4. Experience with integrating marketing technology tools and platforms.
  5. Demonstrated success in managing marketing budgets and achieving high returns on investment.
  6. Demonstrated ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  7. Flexibility and adaptability to navigate a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
  8. Genuine interest in and passion for the medical aesthetics sector.
