Come join us as a Senior Consultant on the Solution Consulting (SC) team. In this role you'll work with Sales and other SC team members to build partnerships with leading healthcare organizations. You will design strategies, solutions, and business cases for how these employers can use education and learning to unlock opportunity for their workforce. In this work you'll collaborate with teams across Guild that manage every aspect of Guild's product and services, and will also have opportunities to help contribute to our team's operations and culture as we learn and grow together.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Sales to generate new business and grow revenue, bringing expertise on the Guild solution to provide stakeholders with design/solution decisions to best meet their needs
• Build and craft executive-ready narratives and communication assets that incorporate a range of inputs (e.g., research, analysis, financial modeling) that deliver actionable recommendations for employers and help influence employer buying behavior
• Work cross-functionally with Guild's Product, Ops, Employer Partner Services and other teams to provide visibility and feedback into new partner goals so they can successfully implement the right solutions
• Help design tailored solutions that meet employers' strategic talent needs while driving opportunity for their workforce

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:

• Excellent written and oral presentation skills (including with senior external audiences)

• The ability to build relationships and collaborate closely across teams and stakeholders with diverse perspectives

• An understanding of the business and talent challenges healthcare organizations face today
• Strong aptitude working with slide presentations and spreadsheets in G Suite or Microsoft Office

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $105,000 - $127,500 as well as company stock options.
