We’re looking for a senior backend engineer who can architect and scale core systems, take full ownership of complex technical problems, and move quickly with minimal oversight. You should have startup DNA, a product mindset, and a deep understanding of system design at scale.

What You’ll Do:

1. Lead the architecture, development, and optimization of our backend systems
2. Own critical services end-to-end — from design to deployment and monitoring
3. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and establish best practices
4. Collaborate closely with product and business teams to shape the roadmap
5. Identify performance bottlenecks and make real-time, high-impact improvements

What We’re Looking For:

1. 6–10+ years of backend engineering experience (preferably in high-growth startups)
2. Deep expertise in system architecture, microservices, and API design
3. Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (Go, Rust, Python, Java, or Node.js)
4. Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, monitoring, and security
5. Bias toward action — you can ship fast and scale smart

Preferred But Not Required:

1. Experience in fintech, infra, or real-time systems
2. Prior experience as a tech lead or founding engineer
