Job Title: SAP Developer & MDG Sr. Consultant (Remote, EST Hours)

Pay: Up to $94/hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8am – 5pm EST

Location: Remote (Candidates must work EST hours)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Developer & MDG Senior Consultant for a fully remote contract role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and S/4HANA, with the ability to manage technical configurations, troubleshoot issues, and support both project and production environments. If you thrive in collaborative environments and can work independently while aligning with business and IT goals—this role is for you.

What You'll Do

1. Ensure MDG and S/4HANA systems are properly synchronized
2. Create and test master data in the MDG system
3. Work closely with configuration teams to resolve integration or sync issues
4. Utilize data upload tools for unit testing
5. Align distribution channel lists between MDG and S/4HANA
6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within SLAs
7. Provide on-call support as part of a rotation
8. Use ServiceNow for incident tracking
9. Collaborate across technical and functional teams
10. Research and apply OSS notes as needed
11. Analyze software requirements and provide feasible solutions
12. Maintain documentation for configuration and development work

What You Bring

1. 10+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA and MDG (Techno-Functional roles)
2. Hands-on experience with MDG components (MDG-C, MDG-S, MDG-M, Consolidation)
3. Strong SAP development skills: ABAP, Fiori, BRF+, IDocs, SOA services, Workflow
4. Experience working with functional teams (MM, SD, FI) from a master data perspective
5. Skilled in defining replication models and SOA configurations
6. Ability to configure and extend MDG workflows
7. Proficiency in testing, debugging, and resolving discrepancies in MDG applications
8. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
9. Experience with tools like ServiceNow and address validation using HANA Smart Data Quality
10. Bonus: Familiarity with CDS Views and ODATA services

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
2. SAP MDG Certification (Preferred)
3. Must be authorized to work in the United States
4. Must be available to work 8am–5pm EST (regardless of time zone)
