Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Utilize your expertise in Digital B2B lead generation to identify and target potential clients for RGM.
  • Engage in outbound prospecting activities, leveraging your understanding of various marketing services.
  • Sales Process Management:
  • Navigate the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to nurturing and ultimately closing deals.
  • Tailor sales strategies to effectively communicate the value propositions of RGM's services.
  • Marketing Services Expertise:
  • Draw on your experience selling a range of marketing services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Ads, PR, Content Creation, Web Design, and Email Marketing.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits and impact of these services to potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on how RGM's services can meet and exceed client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Digital B2B lead generation and sales, ideally within the marketing agency domain.
  • Service Knowledge: Familiarity with various marketing services, including SEO, PPC, Social Media Ads, PR, Content Creation, Web Design, and Email Marketing.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Sales Process Management: Demonstrated ability to manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Results-Driven: A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
