Job Description:

We are seeking a Commission-Based Sales Manager to join our team. The Commission-Based Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in our mission to transform real estate marketing by empowering professionals with cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Team Leadership: Develop, lead and mentor our independent sales team, setting clear objectives and driving results.
  • Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Team Building: Identify opportunities for growth and mentor team members to reach their full potential.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and client feedback to refine our approach.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leading and motivating independent sales teams to success.
  • Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Passion for innovation and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to provide your own phone, computer, and internet connection.
  • Proficiency with an dialer system/ability to train individuals on a triple line dialer
  • Experience with conducting meetings on Zoom in a professional manner.
  • Availability to receive commission on a monthly basis

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

  • Commission pay

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
