This role is perfect for someone with strong technical website management skills and a creative eye for user experience. Our vision is to provide everyone with a primary care physical therapist and as our Web Specialist, you’ll ensure our digital platforms reflect our values and help patients connect with primary care physical therapists seamlessly.

What You'll Do

• Website Management – Oversee MLPT’s WordPress sites, including plugin management, Google Tag Manager, and overall site health.
• Technical Optimization – Ensure content accuracy, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with external partners on integrations, security, and performance improvements.
• SEO Leadership – Lead our search engine optimization strategy and execution, improving visibility and patient access.
• Performance Tracking – Prepare and deliver monthly reports on traffic, engagement, and site performance with actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Education or experience in website management (degree, coursework, or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Basic skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or PHP.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Eligible under State and Federal Exclusion Lists; no negative NPDB records.

Preferred

• Experience with WordPress, SEO, or Google Tag Manager.
• Background in healthcare marketing or multi-site organizations.
