As a Retail Sales Specialist in the computers department, you’ll connect with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, then guide them with informed recommendations. You’ll build and maintain strong product knowledge across specifications, features, and benefits, using provided tools and training. Success in this role means driving profitability by meeting revenue, margin, and solution-based sales goals while supporting operational standards. You’ll also collaborate with fellow sales floor team members to demonstrate, promote, and sell products and services effectively.

What You’ll Do

Assist customers in the computers department while achieving both individual and team sales goals

Stay current on technology trends and new product launches through ongoing learning

Handle customer questions, concerns, and returns professionally to ensure a positive experience

Manage your time effectively to balance daily priorities and responsibilities

Maintain merchandising standards and ensure the department is always customer-ready

Support and coach team members to strengthen performance within the category
