Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Point of Sale Technical Troubleshooting and Project Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage and troubleshoot point-of-sale (POS) systems and project management for menu builds and design on platforms such as Olo, Toast,Revel and NCR Aloha. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' POS systems are optimized, functional, and tailored to their unique needs.
Responsibilities:
Technical Troubleshooting:
- Provide expert technical support for POS systems, including Olo, Toast, NCR Aloha, Brink, and others.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to POS hardware and software.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting processes and solutions.
Project Management:
- Lead projects focused on menu builds, design, and updates on POS platforms.
- Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and ensure their vision is accurately implemented.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
Menu Design and Builds:
- Design and configure menus on POS platforms, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
- Implement menu changes, promotions, and updates in collaboration with clients.
- Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure menu configurations are working as intended.
- Provide training and support to clients on menu management features and best practices.
Client Support and Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Offer proactive support and recommendations to optimize clients' use of POS systems.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in POS technical support, troubleshooting, and project management.
- Proficiency with POS platforms such as Olo, Toast, NCR Aloha, Brink, and others.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of menu design and configuration on POS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the restaurant industry and experience working in a restaurant environment is required

Pay: $51,294.00 - $60,000.00 per year
