The Role

We're looking for a Backend Node.js Engineer who is experienced, motivated, and ready to take ownership. You'll work closely with the founding team to help scale our voice agent platform and infrastructure. This isn't a ticket factory—you'll help shape architecture, own major services, and make real decisions that move the product forward.

Primary focus: Backend systems—APIs, infrastructure, and data.

Bonus if you're comfortable on the frontend too—our app layer uses Remix.

What We’re Looking For

1. Proven experience – You’ve built and shipped real systems. Degree optional, results required.
2. Initiative – You're curious, decisive, and execution-focused.
3. Strong backend foundation – You know how to design APIs, move data efficiently, and build systems that scale.
4. Frontend familiarity – You can navigate modern frontend frameworks and contribute when needed.
5. High-tempo – You're comfortable working in ambiguity, wearing multiple hats, and delivering under pressure.
