The Project Manager, Clinic Operations is responsible in assisting the TUMG Executive Director of Clinic Operations in activities relevant to the operations of TUMG Clinics. The role will interact with Physicians, TUMG staff, Department Administrators, Clinic Managers, Clinic Staff and outside resources. The incumbent will be integral to the successful outcome of TUMG-initiated projects.
The Project Manager, Clinic Operations is responsible for gathering data from multiple sources to create accurate and comprehensive reports for TUMG leadership. Interpretation and analysis of the reports to identify trends, variances from budget plans and drive decision making. Additional responsibilities include coordinating of projects regarding the development of new locations, lines of service and marketing of TUMG locations. This may include the development and implementation of departmental business strategies and monthly reporting of the outcomes of these strategies.

Required Education and/or Experience * *
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years’ related experience
OR
- High School Diploma/Equivalent with nine (9) years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications * *
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the utilization of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc..
- 3 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in data and research efforts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,500.00 - $89,300.00 per year
