Zoom is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join its rapidly growing AI product marketing team. In this cross-functional role, you will work closely with our product management, sales, and marketing teams to craft go-to-market strategies that create awareness, increase adoption and fortify the leadership position of Zoom AI products, technologies and solutions.

You will:

• Be the Zoom AI technology subject matter expert helping to build and execute on the cross-functional go-to-market strategy to bring new AI products, features and capabilities to market.

• Create compelling value propositions by understanding the AI competitive landscape and key differentiators.

• Create key positioning and narratives to support AI product launches and to drive ongoing AI product awareness and adoption.

• Identify AI integrations and use cases across the Zoom collaboration platform.

• Contribute to pricing and naming strategies to disrupt and differentiate Zoom AI in the market.

• Fully understand the market, segmentation, and opportunities globally and across key verticals.

• Create core AI content (key messaging documents, videos, presentations, datasheets, white papers, demos and other assets) to increase awareness and interest.

• Work closely with the sales enablement team to develop AI training strategies and plans.

• Partner with the integrated marketing and digital marketing teams on AI content requirements for campaigns, websites, blogs, webinars, and other demand-gen vehicles.

You have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline preferred / MBA (preferred) or equivalent experience

• 2+ years or equivalent professional experience in product marketing of AI products or related industry

• 7+ years of overall Product Marketing experience.

• Firm knowledge of AI technologies (e.g., generative AI), models and use cases to be able to converse with the marketplace as well as engineers / technical resources.

• Strong written (storytelling) and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver simple and actionable analysis

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Experience building cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders including product, engineering, customer success, and sales.

• A data-driven, results-oriented approach to product marketing

• Passion for learning, innovation and customer success

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$116,400.00

Maximum:

$254,600.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
