Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who has domain knowledge in Sales / Sales Operations, deep system

 

administrator skill in the Salesforce CRM (force.com) and functional knowledge of Slack. To be successful in this role, you must

 

be enthusiastic about leading the design, execution and strategy for effective, scalable, end-to-end business solutions for our

 

internal world-class Sales organization at Salesforce. This is a rare opportunity to help Salesforce's Sales organization be

 

productive using Salesforce technology so they can focus their time on selling.

 

The Business Technology (BT) Product Manager works closely with our internal customers to develop a roadmap of solutions

 

needed to support key business processes and priorities. The BT Product Manager then prioritizes the request backlog and

 

translates requirements into user stories, writes (story level) acceptance criteria and business value scoring and success

 

metrics. The ideal candidate must be organized, well spoken and have proven ability to manage multiple complex technical

 

projects at the same time. You will also be assisting with Agile activities such as sprint planning, triaging, removing roadblocks

 

and reporting.

 

Responsibilities

 

Deliver business value driven, scalable, and innovative solutions involving integrations using our internal Salesforce

 

Sales Cloud and Slack platforms

 

Work with Senior Executive stakeholders to drive alignment and deliver multi-faceted capabilities

 

Partner with stakeholders to assess, initiate, prioritize, refine, and drive scalable technology solutions

 

Develop and maintain a multi-track product or program level roadmap for his/her delivery area that synthesizes the

 

needs of business customers over the long and short term.

 

Manage delivery expectations with internal customers, driving a multi-tier communication cadence with stakeholders at

 

the executive and operational level.

 

Create, and groom a backlog of well-formed stories for implementation by the scrum team(s) involved in delivery.

 

Manage and communicate tradeoff decisions between scope (value in expected ROI) and schedule (higher operating

 

expense in longer release cycles). Help the business determine solution/feature ROI in the context of prioritization.

 

Communicate effectively and appropriately with both business and technical stakeholders (written and verbal).

 

Navigate complex situations involving multiple parties, rapidly assessing context and driving the right resources to

 

resolution.

 

Work with other Product Owners or Product Analysts / Business Systems Analysts in delivering coordinated features and

 

solutions

 

Review technical solutions for compliance to business processes and objectives, as well as IT standards.

 

Identify opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new processes/policies.

 

Act as the subject-matter expert for solutions owned by the team.

 

Strong product management skills in building and delivering on enterprise scale products for Sales

 

Identify opportunities across the enterprise to scope, prioritize and roadmap their implementation

 

Own the delivery of the product roadmap incorporating projects, features and other key initiatives

 

Act as a team lead on highly visible projects and critical assignments

 

Work proactively to predict and minimize potential issues before they arise, and resolve those that do in a timely manner

 

Communicate at both the business and technical level (written and verbal)

 

Requirements

 

8+ years demonstrated ability with Salesforce implementation (CRM, Sales Cloud, Slack, Platform) in product

 

management roles

 

Experience with Sales automation, Sales productivity tools and processes especially in areas of Lead Management,

 

Opportunity Management, Account Management, Slack. Knowledge of Sales GTM processes, Lead to Cash GTM

 

processes

 

Experience with executive presentations and storytelling, presenting complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to

 

technical and non-technical audiences

 

Salesforce system implementations and solution architecture for global companies with complex business processes.

 

Experience with Jobs to be Done Framework

 

Excellent influencing skills

 

Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks. Demonstrated knowledge of project management concepts and techniques

Salesforce Administrator Certification, Sales Cloud Consultant Certification, Service Cloud Certification, Slack Admin
