Job Description

• Read and understand production work orders, asking questions for any instructions that aren’t clear or if any processes are not in line with our work instructions.
• Inspect printed parts for quality, color and consistency in alignment with customer specifications and company requirements. If defects or anomalies are found, communicate with the printer to correct any issues before job continues.
• Assist printers with color checks and corrections as needed or requested.
• Perform accurate sheet counts after each color run and communicate appropriately with printer.
• Assist printer with cleaning screens, double checking correct ink, checking screen mesh for defects, and ensuring part number on ticket and films match before starting the job and moving it to the next station.

• Follow correct material handling procedures at all times, correctly protect parts with “L” brackets and trays, wear gloves as needed
• Perform adhesion checks at beginning and end of each color and communicate any issues with the printer before the job continues.
• Understand and follow all job related work instructions
• Follow all Boyd quality procedures, change control, accurate ticket documentation
• Other duties as assigned
